Ordering Information

1.  Internet Orders:

After locating and viewing your photos, select the photos you would like to purchase along with the quantity of each.  Once you are finished, click on To Order at the top right of the screen and proceed to the Secure Checkout.  Create a User Profile.  Update and review all shipping and ordering information.  Complete the Billing Information section.

2.  Phone Orders:  

Call us at 423.559.2291, have your photo ID# (located on our website under the thumbnail size photo or to the top left of each enlarged photo).  For rafting photos, have the name of the rafting company, date, time of your trip and guide's name.  For private boaters, please have the date you paddled.  Please leave a message if we are out on the river.

3.  Shipping and Payment:

Expect shipment within 10-12 business days.  Visa, MasterCard, and Discover accepted.
