Frequently Asked Questions:
1. How long do you keep the photos? We keep all our photos and catalog and archive them by name of rafting company, date, time of trip, and guide's name. It's no problem to repost photos for you if you can provide this information for us. Private Boaters (since we don't know all of you) are simply kept by date.
2. Why can't I find my photos and/or why aren't my photos there anymore? Due to the high volume of photos, photos are generally kept on the website for two weeks following your trip unless there are orders pending. If you returned from your trip and forgot to check them out just email or call us and we'll be glad to repost them for you.
3. What does "keyword" mean? The "keyword" is your guide's name. If you type in their name only your photos will pop up making it easier for you to find yourself. If you don't remember your guide's name just click on "View all images" below the keyword box and all photos from that trip will pop up.
4. How long will it take to receive my order? The lab has a quick turnaround time of usually 48 hours for processing and printing photos, then you can figure a few days for the post office to deliver. If you order a specialty item with special engraving it can sometimes take 3-5 days for the processing. We usually asked that you give your order 10-20 business days to receive it (usually doesn't take that long but at the peak of the season June, July, August it may). To check on your order just click on "Order Status" on our Home Page, then type in your email address and order number.
5. How do you order a CD? Just click on the first photo in your series and we can do the rest. If you want to you can type in all the photo numbers of your raft or of your private boat in the "Comment Box" after you enter your credit card information.
6. Can I print photos from the CD? Yes. We release our copyright for personal use only and this enables you to print as many photos as you want in any size you wish. This makes buying a CD a great value since everyone in your group can chip in on the cost and then share all the photos. Please contact us for a copyright release if you would like to use photos for a commercial purpose.
7. I accidently clicked the wrong photo to order can this be changed? If you haven't placed the order you can simply delete it from your shopping cart. If you have placed the order and then realized you picked the wrong photo email us immediately with your incorrect order number and request this order be cancelled and then go back and replace your order. We'll email you back and let you know we've taken care of it for you.
8. I just went rafting and my photos aren't on the website. If you just went rafting chances are we are still on the river taking photos of other folks. Photos are posted to the website each evening after we get in from the river. Please give us 24 hours to get your photos on the website (it usually doesn't take that long but it may on holiday weekends when we have extremely long hours).
If you have a question we haven't answered here please email us (ocoeephotos@charter.net).
